eGovCollab fosters collaboration between the University of Macedonia (UOM) and the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN) to enhance digital public services. By integrating UOM’s expertise in public service modelling, personalised information, eParticipation, and AI/data analytics with USN’s specialization in the digitization of public services, democracy, and e-government, the project addresses the challenge of providing citizens with personalized information on Implementation Measures (IMs). eGovCollab aims to simplify complex public service requirements, manage diverse sub-cases, and improve service efficiency without exponentially increasing case descriptions. This initiative promotes knowledge exchange and innovation in public service delivery.
